Yet Most of Us Do Not Grow From Them
The goal of this BLOG is to share ideas that
a. I find
b. I create
c. I stumble upon
Keep an idea journal that you can search and find ideas when you need or want to.
1. on paper
2. in journals
3. on index cards
4. on Post-IT© notes
5. in Excel charts
6. in word processing files
7. on walls
8. CLOUDS
9. external storage media
which will work for you the best.
1. On paper for me means I have to take time filing them consistently and fill up my house with them
2. in journals means I have to date them and have some system for finding specific ideas and also means I have to store them on shelves in drawers in boxes.
3. on index cards means I need to code them, file them, keep them in index card boxes, or other boxes and they will fill up my house
4. on Post-It notes means they will have to be put in folders, binders or on walls and will fill up my house
5. in excel charts may work as along as I have back ups and code them simply for refinding them and regrouping them
6. similar to excel charts the ideas will need to be coded for finding, refinding, grouping, clustering
7. on walls means I won't need to paint ever again and I will run out of wall space and have to stop having or finding ideas.
8. use www CLOUDS...code them
9. external storage media....no form is permanent, all will have to have directories or labeling on them to know what is in each of them: memory or flash sticks, cds, dvds, disks from 5 1/4 to 3 1/2 to zip drive, external drives, to CLOUDS
Hmmm?
Storing ideas can present problems and cause us problems and take up time storing them.
